Initial Meeting
Agapé Pet Sitting requires an Initial Consultation before scheduling of pet sitting services. This allows us to get to know you and your pets, as well as discuss detailed instruction for care of your pets and home while you are away. Things that you should have for this visit are:
- Veterinarian contact information
- Medications for your pet
- Favorite toys and exercise routine
- Personal contact information
- Keys/security codes for pet sitter access to house
- Emergency contact information
- 50% deposit to retain scheduled appointment times
Key Pick Up or Drop Off
If keys are not collected at the time of the Initial Consultation or not left at your house during the last visit, there may be a charge to pickup or drop off your keys. We can also discuss holding your keys in a secure location for use during future pet sitting services.
Returned Check Fee:
$30 for each returned check
Payment:
A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation for vacations. All payments due on or before the first visit.
Cancellation Policy:
If your visit is cancelled more than one week before the appointment, your deposit will be returned in full. If your visit is cancelled less than one week before the appointment, the deposit cannot be returned, but can be applied towards future pet sitting services. Please note if visits have already begun and you cancel or shorten visits, no refund or credit will apply.

There will be an extra $7 charge per visit on these days:
- New Year's Eve
- New Year's Day
- Easter Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
